Case Management & Advocacy

  • One-on-one support to develop individualized service plans.

  • Connection to vital resources, including food, clothing, healthcare, and employment programs.

  • Advocacy to help clients navigate social service systems, housing authorities, and community resources.

Health & Mental Wellness

  • Partnerships with healthcare providers to ensure access to primary care, mental health counseling, and trauma recovery services.

  • Referrals for substance use treatment and other specialized supports.

  • Survivor-led, trauma-informed care designed to build trust and long-term stability.
